I am a clinical psychologist and certified mindfulness teacher, and I provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and families. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Request an appointment.

I work with clients at the Oakville clinic and support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and related challenges. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, helping people clarify what truly matters to them and develop practical skills to move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

My clinical work draws primarily from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT. These well-established, research-supported approaches help clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and respond more effectively to life’s difficulties. I also integrate mindfulness practices to support awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful, sustainable change.

I completed my PhD at the University of Miami, clinical internship at Yale University School of Medicine and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School/VA Boston Healthcare System. Prior to joining The Mindful Living Centre, I worked across a range of settings including community and forensic mental health, and served as a consulting psychologist with the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning to play the piano and vegan baking.
