A Collaborative Approach to Psychological Care

Primary care often means managing complex concerns within limited time.

At The Mindful Living Centre (MLC), our goal is to make accessing psychological care easier for both you and your patients.

We combine thoughtful clinical matching, assessment-informed care, evidence-based treatment, and clear communication to help connect each patient with services suited to their presenting concerns, goals, and circumstances.

With patient consent, we can also provide concise clinical summaries at appropriate points in care, helping support continuity between psychological and primary care services.

Why Other Physicians Are Referring to The MLC

l

Thoughtful Clinical Matching

Our intake team considers presenting concerns, treatment needs, clinician expertise, preferences, location, and other relevant factors when recommending an appropriate clinician.

Assessment-Informed, Evidence-Based Care

Care is informed by psychological science, clinical assessment, and established approaches tailored to the individual patient.

Clear Communication

With patient consent, referring providers can receive concise clinical summaries at appropriate points in assessment or treatment.

A Broad Continuum of Psychological Services

Our multidisciplinary psychology team offers assessment, individual and couples therapy, and specialized services across a range of presenting concerns and stages of life.
